If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days for a full refund. Your product must be unworn and still have original tags attached to garment. The product must be in re-sellable condition.*

* Special ordered products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
To return your items, follow these steps:
- Repackage your products
- Email us with your intent to return your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org please include reason for return and the Sale Order #
- We will email you back with an FRR# (FR Return #) and return address to send the package to within one to two business days
- Please write the FRR# on the outside of the package and return product within the return guidelines of 30 days.
Please allow up to five business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received and inspected by our warehouse.
There will be a 3-4 business day process time before we ship your product. Right now we ship within the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products and how we ship them.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
